How To Best Use The Desert Area Multiple Listing Service
STEP 1. After clicking the DesertAreaMls
logo below, click FIND PROPERTIES.
STEP 2. Select city (cities) or zip
codes.
STEP 3. Use a price range that is
10% below and 10% above your desired price.
STEP 4. Press Preview Count. If there
are more than 20 properties, add additional search criteria
such as Structure (approx. sq. ft.) or year built. Only add
one additional criteria at a time.
STEP 5. Click View Results.
STEP 6. Revise Criteria until you
find what you want.
